McDonald's

I was a regular at this Mcdonalds and the amount of incidents that I have are mounting up, The morning crew managers are not friendly and some are downright nasty, This Mcdonalds has 2 floors but in the morning they close off upstairs with intentions of opening it when the down stairs dining room is full but when it gets busy they never remember unless someone ask to sit upstairs which is greeted with reluctance, They all avoid confrontation by passing of questions to other managers who never attempt to resolve them amicably, Either they walk to the back or ignore you. I went there on the Morning of Thanksgiving at 625 am only to be left outside knocking and staring at a sign that read Thanksgiving store opens 600 am while I waited another 8 minutes to get inside to be greeted by a manager who said I should tolerate a very late opening because of the holiday, The poor service and manners of the staff has totally turned me off to this Location and I easily give this store a very poor rating
